The Field Schedule includes several tools to control which dates and times you see while you are scheduling. These filters do not change any event data. Instead, they adjust the view so you can focus on the right day, week, and time window for your facilities.

These controls define the main date range displayed in the Field Schedule grid.
Week Header and Day-of-Week Pills
Below the navigation controls, the Field Schedule displays a header that shows the date range currently in view.
Just under that, you will see day-of-week pills for each day in the week:
SUN
MON
TUE
WED
THU
FRI
SAT
These buttons help you focus on a specific day within the selected week.
Day vs Week View
On the upper right of the Field Schedule, you will see a Day / Week toggle.
Day view focuses on a single day of field usage. This is useful when you want a detailed look at how fields are used hour by hour.
Week view shows the full week across the top of the grid so you can see patterns and gaps across multiple days.
You can switch between these views at any time while keeping the same overall date range.
Time Range Slider
Directly above the schedule grid, there is a time range slider with a label such as:
Selected time range: 6:00 AM - 11:59 PM
This slider controls which hours of the day are visible in the grid:
Drag the handles on the slider to narrow or expand the visible time window.
For example, you might limit the view to 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM if you only care about evening practices.
Adjusting the time range is especially helpful for busy facilities where early morning or late night hours are rarely used and you want more vertical space for the times when events actually occur.
How These Filters Work Together
When used together:
The arrows, Today button, and date picker shape the date range.
The Day / Week toggle controls how much of that date range you see at once.
The time range slider focuses the view on the hours that matter most for your scheduling.
These tools help you scan, plan, and adjust your field usage without editing events themselves.
