Exporting is the fastest way to pull tryout results into a spreadsheet for sharing, sorting, and post tryout decisions. In Sprocket, exports are always based on what you are currently viewing, so your filters matter.

How to export Player Evaluation form data
Before you begin
Exporting tryout data is available on web browser only.
Exports are generated from the View Player Pools page inside a tryout registration, or from the Player Evaluations tool.
Export ratings, rankings, and roster details from View Player Pools
Step 1: Open View Player Pools
In the left navigation, select Tryouts.
Open the correct tryout registration.
Select View Player Pools.
Step 2: Filter to the players you want to export
Exports only include the players currently shown on the page. Before exporting, set your filters at the top and click Search, such as:
Player Pools
Tryout Dates
Test Players
Selected Fields
Tip: If you want specific columns included in your export, adjust Selected Fields before you export.
Step 3: Choose your export type
In the top right, choose one of the export options:
Export
Exports only the currently logged in evaluator’s data.
Export All Ratings
Exports all evaluators’ data.
Step 4: Download and review
Once you click an export option, Sprocket will generate a file you can open in Excel or another spreadsheet tool.
Export Player Evaluation form data
Player Evaluation form results are exported from within the Player Evaluations tool, using a separate export button.
Step 1: Open Player Evaluations for a player pool
In View Player Pools, scroll to the player pool you want to export (example: Girls).
Click Player Evaluations.
Step 2: Use Export All Evaluations
In the top right, click Export All Evaluations.
Download and review the file.
Tip: If you have multiple evaluation forms assigned to the tryout registration, this export is the best way to pull the form level scoring and criteria results into a spreadsheet.
If you run into issues
If players are missing from your export, confirm your filters and click Search again before exporting.
If your export does not include the columns you expected, review Selected Fields and re export.
If you do not see Export All Evaluations, confirm you opened the Player Evaluations tool for that player pool and that an evaluation form is assigned to the tryout registration.
