How Tryouts is organized

Tryouts are organized around your registrations.

Each registration you build will show up as its own section inside the Tryouts module. This makes it easy to manage each tryout registration separately, even if your club runs multiple tryouts at the same time.

When you open a registration inside Tryouts, you’ll see a quick summary (including the number of registrations) and a set of actions you can take.

Navigate to Tryouts

  1. In the left navigation, select Tryouts.

  2. You’ll land on the Tryouts page, where your tryout registrations are listed.

  3. Optional: Use the View tryouts from filter at the top to adjust the date range you’re viewing.

What you can do from the Tryouts page

Each tryout registration section includes quick links to common tasks, such as:

  • Take Attendance

  • View Player Pools

  • Add Player to Tryout

  • Assign Staff

  • Configure Tryout Dates

  • Configure Tiers

You don’t need to understand every option to get started. We’ll break down what each of these sections does in dedicated articles.

If you run into issues

If you do not see anything listed under Tryouts, double check that you have created a Tryouts program and that at least one registration exists for it. Once those are in place, the registration should appear here automatically.
