What you’ll find in this article

When to use a price override, and where to go to set one up.

When to use a price override

Use a price override when you need to change the list price for future registrations. Price overrides affect what families see at checkout for new signups.

A price override does not update pricing for players who are already registered. If you need to adjust what an existing player owes, use credits/discounts, refunds, or payment plan edits instead.

Where to set it up

Price overrides are managed in the Programs & Registrations area of the platform, since they apply to registration pricing.

For step-by-step instructions, see the Editing Registrations After Completion article in the Programs & Registrations collection.

FAQs

Does a price override affect players who are already registered?

No. A price override only affects new registrations. Existing players’ balances are not automatically updated.

What should I use if I need to adjust pricing for an existing player?

Use credits/discounts, refunds, or payment plan edits instead.

Will families see the price override as a discount?

No. A price override changes the list price itself. Families will see the updated price at checkout, not a separate discount line.

Where do I manage registration price changes?

Price overrides are managed in the Programs & Registrations area of the platform.
