To reduce the chance of emails being flagged as spam:

If subject lines feel overly promotional, email providers may filter them.

Encourage Users to Take Action

Include direct links to registration pages and website pages inside your emails.

This prevents users from searching their inbox for links and improves click-through rates.

Use Buttons to Drive Engagement

When composing your email:

  • Select a format that includes a button.

  • Or paste a URL directly into the body of the email.

Buttons help draw attention and increase engagement.

Write Descriptive Link Titles

Instead of:

  • “Register”

Use:

  • “Register for Summer Tryouts”

This helps users understand exactly what they are clicking.

  1. Click the button.

  2. Update the Button Text field.

How to Edit a URL Link Title

Always preview and test links before sending.

  2. Click the Program Name.

  3. Select Registrations.

  4. Click the ellipses (...) next to the registration.

  5. Select Copy User Registration URL.

  6. Paste into your email.

How to Copy Page Links

You can copy page links two ways:

Option 1

  1. Go to Website > Pages.

  2. Click the ellipses (...) next to the page title.

  3. Select Copy Link.

Option 2

  1. Go to Website > Pages.

  2. Open the page.

  3. In the Setup tab, select Copy URL.

Paste into your email.

Email Links Not Working? (Troubleshooting)

If users report issues:

  • Confirm links were copied from the correct location.

  • Confirm registration is active.

  • Confirm page is published.
