Program Detail Page
Once you set up a new program, a publicly accessible page is generated to showcase the program and its offerings.
You can use this page in a few common ways:
Copy and paste the URL into a webpage or email
Link it from your site navigation
Share it on social media
This is a quick way to direct families to one destination for program information and registration access.
Program Announcement Email
Quick Promote also allows you to create a Program Announcement Email.
Sprocket’s AI Email Assistant can automate the initial draft. Once generated, admins can:
Update the language to fit the club’s branding
Select recipients
Send the email to the club’s community
Best Practices
Confirm visibility before you send
Before sharing the Program Detail Page or sending an announcement email, confirm the Program and Registration dates are open. If either the Program or the Registration is not currently open, families may click through and see nothing available to register.
Use clear naming when there are multiple options
If your program includes multiple registrations (for example, Week 1, Week 2, Half Day, Full Day), use clear registration names so families understand which option to select.
If using Grouped Registrations, add guidance
When registrations are grouped, families may need to click into the program and then choose a folder before seeing the exact options. Consider adding helpful Program details text so families know what to do once they land on the program page.
Send to a test recipient first
If possible, send a test version of the announcement email to yourself or a small internal list so you can confirm the link, formatting, and messaging before sending broadly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can families access the Program Detail Page without logging in?
Yes. The Program Detail Page is publicly accessible and can be shared via direct link, website navigation, or social media.
Why are families not seeing a registration after clicking the link?
If the Program or Registration dates are not currently open, families may click through and see nothing available to register. Confirm visibility settings before sharing.
Can I edit the Program Announcement Email before sending?
Yes. After Sprocket’s AI Email Assistant generates the draft, you can update the language, select recipients, and then send the email.
Should I test the announcement email before sending it to everyone?
