If you see an Invalid Email message when trying to log in, it likely means your account isn't fully set up yet. Here are the most common reasons this happens and what to do about each one.

You Haven't Completed Your Invitation
This is common in households with multiple parents or guardians. One parent may have invited another to join, but the invitation was never fully accepted and completed.
When a parent or guardian is invited to join a household, they must accept the invitation and complete the account setup process. Until that's done, the account remains in a "shell" status — meaning it was started but login credentials were never created.

You Were Invited by Your Club
If there's no other parent or guardian in your household, your club may have sent you an invitation to create an account that was never completed. Contact your club directly or reach out to [email protected] — both can resend your invitation so you can finish setting up your account.
Note: If your account includes staff permissions, only the club will be able to resend the invitation.
You're Trying to Log In on the Wrong Site
Accounts must be accessed through your club's specific website, not the general Sprocket Sports site. Double check the URL and make sure you're logging in from your club's page.
