If you have an active Sprocket Sports account with your club, follow the steps below to log in — also described as signing in, accessing your account, or getting into your parent portal. Make sure you're navigating to your club's specific website; accounts cannot be accessed from the general Sprocket Sports site.

How do I log in on a web browser?
Navigate to your club's website using a web browser.
Select Log In in the top right corner of the page.
On the Log in or Create Account screen, enter the email address associated with your account and select Continue.
This screen checks whether you already have an account and routes you to the right next step automatically.Enter your password and select Log In.
If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password on the password step to reset it. If you're having trouble resetting your password, contact [email protected] for help.
Note: The Forgot Password link appears only once you reach the password step — that is, once your email has been recognized as an existing account. You won't see it on the email-entry screen.
How do I log in on the mobile app?
Open the Sprocket Sports app.
Enter your email address and select Continue.
Enter your password and select Log In. If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot your password? to reset it.
Note: The combined Log in or Create Account screen applies to web only. The mobile app uses its own separate login and create-account experience.
Can I sign in with Google instead of a password?
Yes. Select Continue with Google on the Log in or Create Account screen and follow the prompts. This option handles both signing in and creating an account.
If the Google email you choose matches an existing Sprocket Sports account, you'll be taken straight into that account rather than creating a second one. If it doesn't match any account, you'll see a screen explaining that no account was found, with options to sign into an existing account, use a different Google account, or create a new account.
Why was I logged in automatically after confirming my email?
If you were newly invited to a club, selecting click here to login in the email confirmation window signs you in automatically and takes you directly to your dashboard — no need to re-enter your email or password.
That link is single-use and time-limited. If it's expired or already used, you'll be routed to the standard login screen with a message letting you know, rather than an error.
What is Magic Link and how do I use it?
Magic Link is a password-free login option available on the login screen. If you forget your password or prefer not to enter one, you can request a login link sent to your email address — selecting the link logs you directly into your account.
Note: Magic Link availability is controlled by a club setting. Contact your club to confirm whether this option has been enabled for you.
