TEAM MANAGEMENT

Tryouts & Player Profiles on Mobile

  • Player Pools now group athletes by tier and allow quick search by last name or tryout jersey number, making it easier to locate players and improving day-of efficiency.

  • Player Profiles are consolidated into a tabbed layout that adjusts by permissions, showing Player Info, Ratings, larger photos, age group, and optional data like school, grade, and family contacts. Team Assignment status (Invited, Accepted, or Declined) is visible in both Player Pools and Profiles, giving coaches immediate context.

MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

NEW! Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Optional Multi-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of account security. Users can enable MFA in their Profile settings and choose email verification or an authenticator app, requiring a one-time login code (valid 30 days per browser).

  • No club setup is needed, adoption is optional, and workflows remain uninterrupted, while helping protect sensitive club data and reduce the risk of account takeovers.

  • Note: MFA currently applies to web logins only, not the Mobile App.

CALENDAR & SCHEDULING

RSVP Notes on Web

  • Players and parents can now add notes directly to RSVPs on the web. Notes appear in addition to Yes, No, or Maybe responses and stay pre-filled if edited.

Multiple Fields, Rinks, or Courts

  • A single event can now be assigned to multiple fields, rinks or courts within the same facility. Events automatically appear on each calendar and across web and mobile, with conflict detection and Facility Rentals updated accurately, simplifying scheduling without creating duplicate events.

TICKETS

Send Email Bulk Action

  • Admins can now email ticket purchasers directly from the Tickets view. Select recipients or use Select All, open a pre-filled email composer, and send updates in just a few clicks.

Update After Event End

  • Ticketed events are fully editable even after the end date. Admins can extend end dates, reopen sales, and adjust settings without recreating events.

Un-Redeem a Ticket

  • Mistaken check-ins can now be undone on web or mobile, instantly reverting tickets to Not Checked In without disrupting event operations.

FACILITIES & RENTALS

Book More Time Slots

  • Facility Rentals now allow up to 50 time slots in a single transaction. No need to split reservations or re-enter payment details, while pricing, availability, and conflict checks continue seamlessly.

Mark a Facility as Removed

  • Facilities can now be hidden without deleting them. Removed locations are excluded from active scheduling, while historical data remains intact and can be restored if needed.

COMMUNICATIONS

Password Reset Emails

  • System-generated password reset emails are now included in the Sent Communications page, supporting easier troubleshooting.

USER & STAFF PROFILES

Consolidated Staff Profiles

  • Staff Profiles now match User and Player Profile layouts. Documents, Gear, Employment, and File Cabinet are all in one tab, simplifying navigation and creating a consistent user experience.

MOBILE APP

Manage RSVPs for Team Events

  • Team Managers can now manage RSVPs in the Mobile App. The Manage RSVPs option appears on upcoming event details for eligible roles.
