The Team Roster page includes tools for managing roster details, exporting data, and sharing college recruiting information. Coaches and admins have access to the same roster actions, but they enter the roster from different places in the platform.

How to access a team roster
Admins
Go to Teams > Manage Teams in the left navigation.
Expand the caret for the program, or search for the team name using the filter.
Click the Team name to open the team page.
Select the Roster tab.
Coaches and directors
Go to the Team Dashboard.
Coaches only see the Team Dashboard.
Directors can toggle between Club and Team Dashboards.
In the Your Teams card, click the Team name.
Select the Roster tab.
Roster Actions menu
On the Roster tab, select Actions to see available tools. Here’s what each option does.
Add Guest Player
Adds a guest player to the roster. This is helpful when a player is participating temporarily (for example, playing up for an event).
Tip: If your club also uses guest players with event-specific timing, that timing is typically set when guest players are added through staff team tools. Guest players added from roster management may remain on the roster until removed.
Edit Player Details
Lets you update roster-related player details in bulk. Most commonly, this is used to assign jersey numbers in bulk.
Export
Exports the roster so you can work with it outside of Sprocket (for example, in Excel or Google Sheets).
Download Team College Profiles PDF
Downloads a PDF version of the team’s college profile information (useful for sharing with recruiters or staff).
Copy/View Team College Profiles Link
Provides the team’s College Profile URL, and lets you copy it to your clipboard for use in the Website & App section or anywhere else you want to post the link.
If you run into issues
You do not see the Actions button: Confirm you are on the team’s Roster tab (not Manage Teams or a different team tab).
Export is not giving what you expected: Use the roster export for quick roster pulls. If you need additional fields, a report export may be a better fit depending on your club’s reporting setup.
