Saved Reports and Saved Report Templates help you avoid rebuilding the same report over and over. You can save a report for personal use, or save a template so other admins can reuse the same setup across seasons and workflows.
This is a simple way to streamline recurring tasks and keep reporting consistent across your club.

Saved report vs saved report template
Both options save the report in the state you built it, including selected filters and fields. The difference is who can access it.
Saved report template: Shared and reusable. Other admins can use it as a starting point for future reporting.
Saved report copy: Personal. Only you can see and reuse it.
When to use each option
Use a saved report template when you want:
Multiple admins to run the same report in a consistent format
A repeatable report setup that will be reused each season
Standard reporting views for leadership, finance, or operations
Use a saved copy when you want:
A personal report view that only you will run
A one-off configuration you do not need to share
A custom version of a shared template for your own workflow
Save a template
If you would like other admins to have access to a report setup:
Run the report and confirm it is set up the way you want.
Select the down arrow next to Save a Copy.
Select Save Template.
This saves the report as a shared template that can be reused by other admins.
Save a copy (personal use)
If the report is meant for personal use only:
Run the report and confirm it is set up the way you want.
Select Save a Copy.
This saves the report for your view only, so you can return to it later without rebuilding the configuration.
FAQs
Who can access a Saved Report Template?
Saved report templates are shared and reusable, so other admins can use them as a starting point for future reporting.
Why can’t I see a report someone else saved?
If it was saved as a saved report copy, it is personal and only visible to the person who saved it.
Does saving a report keep my filters and fields?
Yes. Both saved report copies and saved report templates save the report in the state you built it, including selected filters and fields.
When should I save a copy instead of a template?
Save a copy when the report is meant for personal use only, is a one-off configuration, or is a custom version of a shared template for your own workflow.
