Wallet

Learn how to view saved payment methods in the mobile app and understand how Wallet works at the user level.

Updated over a week ago

The Wallet section of the mobile app is where members can view the payment methods they’ve saved to their account. Payment methods are typically saved when a member chooses Save payment method during registration, or when saving a payment method is required due to selecting a payment plan.

What you can do in Wallet

  • View payment methods saved to your account for quicker checkout on future registrations or payments

Important note about households

Wallet is user-specific. Members will only see their own saved payment methods, not every payment method saved by other parents or guardians in the same household.

Step-by-step instructions

Accessing Wallet

  1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.

  2. In the Account section, tap Wallet.

  3. Review any saved payment methods listed under Saved Payment Methods.

If you don’t have any saved payment methods, you’ll see a message indicating none are saved.

Tips and best practices

  • Save a payment method during registration to speed up future checkouts.

  • If multiple parents are making payments, each person should save their own payment method to their individual account.
