How to write off an overdue payment so it is treated as uncollectible.

Before you start
Writing off a payment marks it as bad debt and removes it from outstanding balance tracking. Use this only when you do not expect to collect the funds.
Write off an overdue payment
In the left navigation, select Players.
Click the player’s Last Name.
Select the Payments tab.
Next to the overdue payment, select the ellipsis ( ... ).
Select Write Off and add an Admin Note explaining why the payment is being marked as bad debt.
Save.
What happens next
The payment status updates to Written Off.
The player will no longer appear on the Outstanding Payments report or dashboard.
Players with written-off payments will appear on the Bad Debt Write-Off report.
