The Asset Library is where you store images and videos used across your website and Mobile App.

Uploading media to the Asset Library allows you to reuse files in:

  • Page banners

  • Content sections

  • Articles

  • Image carousels

Before You Start

  • You must have access to Website & App.

  • For best results, follow recommended image sizes in the Image Requirements guide.


Step 1: Access the Asset Library

  1. Go to Website & App.

  2. Select Asset Library.

You will see previously uploaded files.


Step 2: Upload Images or Videos

  1. Select Upload.

  2. Choose your file from your computer.

  3. Wait for upload to complete.

Supported file types and sizes may vary. Refer to Image Requirements for guidance.


Step 3: Use Uploaded Media

Once uploaded, files can be selected from the Library when:

  • Editing a banner

  • Adding an image block

  • Creating a carousel

  • Updating an article

Select Library when prompted and choose your file.


Best Practices for Organizing Media

  • Use consistent file naming (example: spring-tryouts-2026-banner.jpg).

  • Avoid uploading duplicate files.

  • Remove outdated seasonal graphics when no longer needed.

  • Compress large images before uploading.


Media Not Uploading? (Troubleshooting)

If an upload fails:

  • Confirm file size is within limits.

  • Confirm file format is supported.

  • Refresh and try again.

  • Confirm your internet connection is stable.

If images appear blurry, confirm you used recommended dimensions.
