Before You Start
You must have access to Website & App > Settings.
Color changes affect multiple areas of your website and Mobile App.
If you do not see Settings, confirm your staff role permissions.
Step 1: Access Color Settings
Go to Website & App.
Select Settings.
Locate Color Settings.
Step 2: Update Primary and Accent Colors
You can update:
Primary Color – Typically used for buttons and key highlights.
Accent Color – Used for secondary highlights and design elements.
To update:
Select the color box.
Choose from preset options or use the color picker.
Paste a hex code if needed.
Select Save.
Step 3: Add Custom Colors
Custom colors allow more design flexibility.
To add a custom color:
Select the color field.
Enter a hex code.
Confirm selection.
Save.
Custom colors may be used in banners, buttons, and page elements.
Where Do Colors Appear?
Your selected colors may appear in:
Buttons
Links
Banners
Navigation elements
Highlight sections
Mobile App interface
Exact placement depends on your Theme configuration.
Colors Not Updating? (Troubleshooting)
If color changes are not visible:
Confirm you selected Save.
Refresh your browser.
Confirm you are not viewing a cached version.
Confirm Theme defaults are not overriding manual settings.
If banner colors are not updating, check Banner Settings on that specific page.
