Articles can be scheduled, categorized, and featured.

Before You Start
You need access to Website & App.
If editing an existing article, consider creating a draft first.
Step 1: Go to Articles
Go to Website & App.
Select Articles.
You will see a list of existing articles and their status.
Step 2: Create a New Article
Select + Add New.
Enter:
Title
Category (if applicable)
Publish Date
Articles begin in Draft mode.
Step 3: Add Content
Use Content Options to build the article body.
You can add:
Text
Images
Image Carousels
Buttons
Lists
If formatting appears wider than expected, confirm layout selection.
Step 4: Configure Article Settings
In the Setup tab, configure:
Featured
Category
Permissions
SEO (Meta Title and Description)
Select Save after making changes.
Step 5: Schedule or Publish
You can:
Publish immediately
Schedule for a future date
To publish:
Select Publish Draft.
Step 6: Feature an Article
If Is Featured is enabled, the article may appear in:
Featured Content areas
Dashboards
Highlight sections
Categories help group featured articles.
Article Not Showing? (Troubleshooting)
If the article does not appear:
Confirm it is published (not in Draft).
Confirm publish date is not in the future.
Confirm permissions allow the intended audience.
Confirm it is added to navigation if required.
