Articles Overview

Create and display articles or blog content on your website using the Article List content option.

Articles allow you to publish news, updates, announcements, and blog-style content on your website.

They are commonly used for:

  • Registration announcements

  • Tournament results

  • Tryout updates

  • Club news

Articles can be scheduled, categorized, and featured.

Before You Start

  • You need access to Website & App.

  • If editing an existing article, consider creating a draft first.


Step 1: Go to Articles

  1. Go to Website & App.

  2. Select Articles.

You will see a list of existing articles and their status.


Step 2: Create a New Article

  1. Select + Add New.

  2. Enter:

  • Title

  • Category (if applicable)

  • Publish Date

Articles begin in Draft mode.


Step 3: Add Content

Use Content Options to build the article body.

You can add:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Image Carousels

  • Buttons

  • Lists

If formatting appears wider than expected, confirm layout selection.


Step 4: Configure Article Settings

In the Setup tab, configure:

  • Featured

  • Category

  • Permissions

  • SEO (Meta Title and Description)

Select Save after making changes.


Step 5: Schedule or Publish

You can:

  • Publish immediately

  • Schedule for a future date

To publish:

  1. Select Publish Draft.


Step 6: Feature an Article

If Is Featured is enabled, the article may appear in:

  • Featured Content areas

  • Dashboards

  • Highlight sections

Categories help group featured articles.


Article Not Showing? (Troubleshooting)

If the article does not appear:

  • Confirm it is published (not in Draft).

  • Confirm publish date is not in the future.

  • Confirm permissions allow the intended audience.

  • Confirm it is added to navigation if required.
