Team Finance Reports Overview

Learn how to use the Team Finance and Team Finance Details reports to export team financial data, review totals, and download CSV files for deeper analysis or sharing.

If you need to export team financials out of Sprocket for deeper analysis or sharing, the Reports Center includes two reports that power the Team Financials dashboard: Team Finance and Team Finance Details.

These reports are especially useful when you want to:

  • Pull financial data into Excel or Google Sheets

  • Share a CSV with another stakeholder or system

  • Review financials at either the team level or player level

Where to find the Team Finance reports

  1. In the left navigation, go to Reports.

  2. Click Reports Center.

  3. Search for or locate:

    • Team Finance

    • Team Finance Details

Team Finance report (team-level)

The Team Finance report provides a team-level overview that mirrors what you see on the Teams > Manage Teams > Financials page, plus additional columns.

Use this report when you need:

  • A summary view by team

  • Totals that you can sort, filter, and pivot in a spreadsheet

  • A CSV export to share or load into another tool

Team Finance Details report (player-level)

The Team Finance Details report provides a player-level breakdown for team financials.

Use this report when you need:

  • Player-by-player financial detail for a specific team

  • A deeper view to explain team totals

  • Exportable detail for reconciliation or auditing

Tip: This report is easiest to work with when you filter it to a specific team (or a small set of teams) before exporting.

How to export a report as a CSV

Both reports can be exported for use in other programs like Excel or Google Sheets.

  1. Open either Team Finance or Team Finance Details from the Reports Center.

  2. Set any filters you want (program, team, registration, etc.).

  3. Run the report.

  4. Click Export Results to download a CSV file.

If you are not sure which report to use

A quick rule of thumb:

  • Use Team Finance when you want a summary by team.

  • Use Team Finance Details when you need the player-level breakdown behind a team’s totals.
