What the Team Financials table shows

When you expand a program, you will see a table with one row per team and columns that summarize roster and finance activity.

Common columns include:

  • Team Name: The team the totals apply to.

  • Coach Name: The head coach assigned to the team.

  • Registered (Active): Count of active registered players on the team.

  • Total Revenue: Total revenue associated with active registered players who have revenue transactions.

  • Financial Aid: Total financial aid applied.

  • Discount Amount: Total discounts applied.

  • Paid Cash: Revenue Amount collected through payments.

  • Paid Credits: Revenue Amount comprised of credits & discounts.

  • Scheduled Cash: Amount scheduled to be paid (for example via future installments).

  • Past Due Payments: Amount currently past due.

Tip: If your totals look lower than expected, confirm that the players you expect are both active and have revenue transactions. The summary table intentionally excludes anything outside those criteria.
