If something on your website isn’t displaying correctly, use this guide to quickly identify the issue and resolve it.
Most website issues fall into one of three categories:
The content hasn’t been added to the system.
The content isn’t marked as visible or open.
The correct Content Option hasn’t been added to the page.
Start here before submitting a support ticket.
Registration Is Not Showing
If your registration is not appearing on your website:
✔ Confirm the program is marked as Open.
✔ Confirm the program does not require an invitation.
✔ Confirm the Open Registrations content option has been added to the page.
✔ Confirm the page is published.
Navigate to:
Programs → Manage Programs
Website & App → Pages → Add Content → Open Registrations
Staff Is Not Displaying
If staff members are not showing:
✔ Confirm staff have been added under Staff → Manage Staff.
✔ Confirm their role is active.
✔ Confirm the Staff List or Staff Profile content option has been added to the page.
Page Is Not Live
If a page isn’t visible publicly:
✔ Confirm the page is published (not saved as draft).
✔ Confirm the page is included in navigation.
✔ Confirm privacy settings are not restricting access to logged-in users only.
Navigate to:
Website & App → Pages
Banner Is Not Full Width or Looks Blurry
✔ Confirm the page is using a 100% width layout.
✔ Confirm the image meets recommended size requirements.
✔ Confirm you uploaded a high-resolution file.
Blurry banners are usually caused by small image sizes.
Navigation Is Not Updating
If changes to navigation are not appearing:
✔ Confirm you saved changes.
✔ Refresh your browser.
✔ Clear cache or open the site in an incognito window.
✔ Confirm the page is not hidden from navigation.
Navigate to:
Website & App → Navigation
Calendar Is Not Showing Events
✔ Confirm events are added in Calendar → Club Calendar.
✔ Confirm the correct date range is selected.
✔ Confirm the Calendar content option is added to the page.
Documents Are Not Displaying
✔ Confirm the document is uploaded to the Document Library.
✔ Confirm the correct Document or Document List content option is added.
✔ Confirm the document is assigned to the correct category (if applicable).
Sponsors or Testimonials Not Showing
✔ Confirm sponsors/testimonials have been added to the system.
✔ Confirm they are assigned to the correct group.
✔ Confirm the corresponding content option is on the page.
Website Is Not Updating on Mobile
Remember:
Your website and mobile app pull from the same system data.
If something is not updating on mobile:
✔ Confirm the original data has been updated in the system.
✔ Confirm the content option is correctly configured.
Google Is Not Showing My Website
✔ Confirm your domain is connected properly.
✔ Confirm pages are indexed in Google Search Console.
✔ Understand that indexing can take several weeks.
SEO improvements take time.
Ask yourself:
• Has this content been created in the system?
• Is it marked open or visible?
• Has the correct Content Option been added?
• Is the page published?
Most website display issues are resolved by checking these four items.
