Public Player Settings control how player names and roster information appear publicly on your website.

Before You Start

  • Public Player Settings apply to public views of Team Pages.

  • Logged-in users will always see full names.


Step 1: Access Public Player Settings

  1. Go to Website & App > Settings.

  2. On the Basic Settings tab, scroll to Public Player Settings.


Step 2: Choose Name Display Format

You may see options such as:

  • First Name + Last Initial

  • First Initial + Last Name

  • Full Name

Select the option that aligns with your club’s privacy expectations.


Step 3: Save Changes

After selecting your preferred format:

  1. Select Save.

Changes will apply to public team rosters.


How This Affects Team Pages

Public Player Settings impact:

  • Team Landing Pages

  • Public Roster Tabs

  • Any public-facing roster display

If roster names appear incorrect, confirm both:

  • Public Player Settings

  • Team List Roster Field settings


Player Names Not Displaying as Expected? (Troubleshooting)

If names are not displaying correctly:

  • Confirm Public Player Settings are saved.

  • Confirm roster fields are enabled in the Team List.

  • Confirm you are viewing the page while logged out (public view).

  • Refresh the page.
