If a team switches levels during tryouts and needs a different season fee than originally planned, you can move the team to the correct registration price point before you roster or invite players. This ensures families see the correct list price when they accept the invitation.

Before you start
You will need to know:
The current season’s Core Program / Club Dues
Which registration (price point) the team should move from and move to
Tip: Make this update before inviting players. If you roster players first, they may see the wrong price point.
Step 1: Remove the team from its current registration
Go to Programs in the left navigation.
Find and open the current season’s Core Program / Club Dues.
Open Registrations tab (on the right-hand side of the program editor).
Click into the registration the team is currently tied to.
Open the Teams step.
Click the trash icon next to the team.
Click Save.
Step 2: Add the team to the correct registration price point
Navigate back to the Registrations landing page for the program.
Click into the registration that matches the new price point.
Open the Teams step.
Click + Add Team.
Locate and select the team, then click Add.
Confirm the team appears on the page.
Click Save.
Step 3: Invite or roster players
Once the team is tied to the correct registration, you can invite or roster players to the team. They will see the updated price point during the registration flow.
If you run into any issues
The team is still showing under the old price point: Confirm you saved after removing the team from the original registration.
You cannot find the team in + Add Team: Refresh the page and confirm you are in the correct program and registration.
Families are seeing the wrong fee: Double-check which registration the team is attached to, then resend invitations if needed.
